  We went in again after buying a new phone in August to get more help from a superb Gentleman named Jake. He helped my mother previously & was great then. Today on returning, he greeted us with his friendly trademark smile & couldn't do enough to sort Mum's issues out. He never makes you feel rushed & is extremely knowledgeable. He is one reason why all of us will stay loyal to Tesco mobile 10/10...

  Went into the shop yesterday such a really really helpful man help me yesterday try and sort my sister's phone out and then give me a good advice on where to get it fixed he went over and above what he should have done but he helped an old lady yesterday can't remember his name big guy what a lovely heart thank you for your help yesterday

  Called into the phone shop today to buy a phone contract. I am a very longstanding customer and have been for many years. After standing waiting for fifteen minutes we were informed by staff member Lee that it would be at least another twenty minutes before he could help us. Fair enough but when I asked if there were any other staff members who could come and help us he snapped No, its only me here. I was with a 87 year old who was not offered a chair despite the elderly lady being served was presented with a chair. Tescos should really do better for their customers. Not the first time I have had to wait a disproportionate amount of time. Having said all that Lee was attentive, informative and thorough. He just needs some more staff to back him up
